Bardexo respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our platform.
Notification of Alleged Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via our platform, please notify our copyright agent as specified below. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:

A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Statement of accuracy
A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content that was removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notice to our copyright agent containing the following information:
1. Your identification
Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Description of removed content
Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
3. Statement under penalty of perjury
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the content.
4. Your contact information
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. Consent to jurisdiction
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the jurisdiction where the service provider is located, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Bardexo has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to our platform and terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Response Time
We will review and process all valid DMCA notices within a reasonable timeframe. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted the content.
False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. If you are unsure whether the material you are reporting is infringing, please contact an attorney before filing a DMCA notice.
Educational Use and Fair Use
Bardexo is an educational platform focused on developing cross-platform AR/VR games. Some content may be used for educational purposes under fair use principles. We encourage copyright holders to consider the educational context before filing claims.
